If you have 21 "ACTIVE" Plans and one is paid off, you automatically drop back down to the $22/m subscription

An "ACTIVE" Payment Plan has two things...1. A balance, and 2. A signature.

Subscriptions are only based on "ACTIVE" Payment Plans.
